Spirit of Christ offers a free Chair Yoga class every Friday at 10:30 a.m. in our welcoming, comfortable, and accessible Welcome Center. This class is designed for all abilities and provides a gentle, refreshing way to stretch, strengthen, and relax. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a low-impact practice, our Chair Yoga group is a great way to improve flexibility and reduce stress in a supportive community environment.
